Develop brand, social, and analytics work that demonstrates key digital marketing skills.
Modern marketing is both creative and analytical. Across five concentration courses, you'll build practical skills in four connected areas:
Coursework gives you opportunities to develop important skills and deploy them to create a marketing portfolio.

Timm Chiusano has built two remarkable careers: first as a Fortune 100 marketing executive, and now as a Webby-winning creator with more than a million followers across social media. During a 25-year corporate career spanning ABC Sports, ESPN, and Charter Communications, he rose to lead a 270-person internal creative agency and oversee a $30 million P&L. Described by Fortune as the “Mister Rogers of Corporate America,” Timm has earned an enormous, passionate audience through candid, deeply human stories about work, creativity, ambition, and everyday life. His unusual path from executive to acclaimed creator gives students access to someone who understands, at uncommon scale, how ideas earn attention and how trust is built over time.
In his role as Visiting Professor, Timm will serve as an industry expert and advisor to the program, offering perspective shaped by his experience as both a senior marketing leader and acclaimed creator. He will also lead a live virtual guest lecture, bringing that perspective directly to students.
A competitive scholarship designed to recognize the next generation of creative thinkers, storytellers, and marketers who are ready to turn their ideas into impact. We're looking for ambitious, self-starters who've already shown the drive to create, experiment, and build something of their own - are ready to put in the work to take their potential to the next level.
Five (5) newly admitted Campus students starting in Winter 2027 will each receive a Chiusano Scholars award covering 100% of their tuition balance after all eligible federal, state, and institutional aid is applied, every quarter through degree completion.*
Students admitted to Campus's Digital Marketing & Creator Economy concentration will receive a separate invitation to apply for the scholarship.
*Eligibility requirements, continued-eligibility conditions, and forfeiture on withdrawal apply. Awards are subject to availability of funds. See Chiusano Scholars terms.
This is a complete Associate of Arts in Business Administration — with a concentration in digital marketing and the creator economy. This is not an isolated creator course, marketing bootcamp, or collection of platform tutorials.
You do not need a degree for permission to create, publish, or start building an audience. The value of the degree is the structure around the work: learning how audience insight, brand strategy, content, campaigns, measurement, and business decisions connect. You'll practice applying those ideas, get feedback from professors and classmates, and build work that demonstrates your skills.
Digital marketing jobs include work in content, social media, email, paid media, SEO, creator partnerships, audience research, community engagement, and analytics.
Job requirements vary. BLS identifies a bachelor's degree as typical for the occupation category below. The figures that follow are national industry context—not Campus outcomes or expected starting salaries.
Because “digital marketer” is not a single BLS occupation, no one figure represents the entire field. Titles vary by employer and may include marketing coordinator, social media coordinator, content marketing specialist, or marketing analyst. BLS projects employment of market research analysts and marketing specialists to grow 7% from 2025 to 2035; their median annual wage was $78,760 in May 2025. Actual opportunities and pay vary.
The concentration coursework is designed to align with preparation for selected third-party credentials, including:
These certifications are optional and separate from the degree; they are not awarded automatically. Eligibility, assessments, availability, and fees are determined by each provider and may change.
You'll benefit from access to professors who also teach at some of the best colleges in the country, including Princeton, Stanford, UT Austin, Howard, and more. Campus' business professors are subject experts who bring a variety of online and industry experience to the virtual classroom. Elevate your online learning experience through dynamic live sessions and optional office hours each week.

The concentration includes five four-credit courses, generally completed from Quarter 3 through Quarter 7 of the standard degree sequence. In the final concentration quarter, students choose MRKT.230 or MRKT.240.
Study how marketers understand a market, select an audience, develop positioning, shape a brand, map customer journeys, make promotional choices, and connect marketing activity to business objectives and value creation.
Explore content marketing, advertising, search engine optimization, webpage practices, email, social media, campaign creation, measurement, and improvement.
Develop brand voice and visual identity while creating short-form video, graphics, written content, and repurposed content. Practice building publishing workflows and using AI to support ideation and production without replacing human judgment.
Plan platform-specific strategies and organic campaigns, practice community management, study paid-social fundamentals, and use engagement and platform analytics to evaluate audience development.
After completing the shared concentration coursework, students choose one advanced course. These are course options within a single concentration—not separate tracks, specializations, or credentials.
Develop a creator-led or personal brand as a professional creative enterprise. Build the strategy and operating system behind it, including positioning, platform selection, content strategy, publishing cadence, audience engagement, sustainable workflows, community-building, partnerships, and creator-economy business fundamentals.
Learn how to measure and improve marketing performance using data-driven frameworks and professional analytics platforms. Topics may include tracking, Google Analytics 4, campaign analysis, paid media, conversion-rate optimization, channel ROI, budget allocation, and growth strategy.

Campus classes meet live online, so you can interact with professors and classmates in real time. Live discussions, feedback, peer collaboration, and optional office hours provide structure that is difficult to reproduce through a self-paced tutorial or certification course.
You do not need to enter the program as an established creator or experienced marketer. The concentration begins with marketing foundations and builds toward more advanced creative and analytical work.

It is a five-course, 20-credit digital marketing concentration within Campus’s Associate of Arts in Business Administration. Students study marketing foundations, digital campaigns, content and brand storytelling, social media and audience growth, and one advanced course chosen from two options.
No. This is a business degree with a modern marketing concentration. Students examine how brands and creators understand audiences, develop content, plan campaigns, build repeatable systems, and measure performance. The program does not promise fame, followers, creator income, or employment.
It refers to the platforms, content systems, audience relationships, partnerships, business models, and measurement practices involved when individuals or creator-led organizations build and serve audiences directly. Students study these ideas alongside durable marketing and business foundations.
No. You do not need a degree to publish content or start building an audience, and this program is not based on the idea that someone needs permission to create.
You’ll learn how to research audiences, develop positioning and brand identity, create content for different platforms, plan digital and social campaigns, build content workflows, evaluate engagement and campaign data, and connect marketing decisions to business goals.
The curriculum includes applied work that can contribute to a marketing portfolio, including brand, content, campaign, social-strategy, and analytics projects. Your exact portfolio work will depend on course requirements and the advanced course you select.
Not at the beginning. Every student completes the same four core concentration courses, covering both creative and analytical marketing. In the final concentration quarter, you choose Creator Brand Studio or Market Analytics & Business Demand. These are course choices, not separate formal tracks.
Yes. Students complete the full Associate of Arts in Business Administration curriculum. In addition to the concentration, the degree includes subjects such as accounting, economics, finance, management, entrepreneurship, communications, business law, quantitative reasoning, and AI.
