About the program
Our ABA-approved Paralegal Studies degree program is 100% online and will prepare you to assist attorneys as a professional paralegal. From day one, you'll master legal research, clear legal writing, professional ethics and airtight case prep – the very skills today's law firms, government offices, and mission-driven nonprofits can't wait to hire for. It's an ideal choice for students planning to launch their legal careers in California, where paralegals play a critical role across a wide range of legal settings. Whether you're looking to start your legal career or continue your education, Campus prepares you for what's next.
What will I learn in this program?
From your very first module, you'll step into the shoes of a legal professional. You'll crack open California and federal court procedures, draft pleadings on official paper, and practice airtight legal writing that's clear, concise and persuasive. Courses like Introduction to the Paralegal Profession, Legal Writing and Analysis, Introduction to Civil Litigation, and Torts in Personal Injury Cases strengthen your command of legal terminology, research strategies, and case-building tactics – all while sharpening the critical-thinking muscle every successful paralegal needs. You'll also explore the ethical boundaries of the profession, perfect client interview and investigation techniques, and master the art of turning complex statutes into actionable advice for attorneys and clients alike. By the end of the program, you'll be prepared to pursue roles across a variety of legal settings.
ABA-Approved for Quality and Trust
Our Paralegal Studies degree program is approved by the American Bar Association (ABA), a distinction that reflects rigorous national standards for paralegal education. This approval signals to students, and employers, that the program meets the ABA's benchmarks for curriculum quality, faculty expertise, and career preparation.
