Stepping into intentional quiet and reflection. He values moments that allow him to slow down, reset mentally, and reconnect with purpose—often through prayer, journaling, or simply enjoying a peaceful environment. He also finds renewal in meaningful conversations with his wife Michele and listening to smooth jazz, which helps him decompress and regain clarity. These practices ground him and prepare him to return with focus, energy, and a refreshed perspective.
