Friends and Family Scholarship

Last updated at: April 7, 2026

The Friends and Family Scholarship is designed to facilitate the integration of new students into the Campus community while providing them with financial support for their academic pursuits. We encourage students, staff and alumni to help grow the Campus community by encouraging their friends and family members to explore the programs offered at Campus.

Requirements

This scholarship is available to new students who have been referred to Campus by an existing student, former student, faculty member or employee of the institution.

Important: Prospective students must share the name and relationship of the individual who referred them to their admissions advisor before enrolling to qualify for the scholarship. Referrals will not be considered for students who have already submitted applications, received admission offers, or enrolled in a program.

Process

Upon meeting the specified criteria and successfully enrolling, the scholarship amount of $500will be included in the student's offer letter, alongside any federal or state grants or institutional aid they may receive. The award will be disbursed over the terms within the first academic year as follows:

Total scholarship award = $500

  • Term 1N/a
  • Term 2$250
  • Term 3$250

All funding for the current term must be completed before the scholarship is disbursed.

Disbursement Schedule

For each term, disbursement will occur after the add/drop period to ensure students receive financial support once their enrollment is confirmed.

Students who withdraw from their program before completing all terms will forfeit any remaining scholarship amount. Reinstatement upon re-enrollment is only possible under exceptional circumstances and requires an appeal for consideration.

If a student withdraws or fails all courses in Term 2 or 3, the Friends and Family Scholarship will be applied as follows:

If the student successfully completes the term with grades A–D and maintains a cumulative GPA of 1.0 or higher, the scholarship is considered earned. Any remaining funds beyond institutional charges may be disbursed to the student, subject to standard refund and disbursement policies.

If the student withdraws from all classes or fails all courses (receives all F's), the scholarship is considered unearned. In such cases, scholarship funds will be applied toward any outstanding charges on the student's account. Any remaining funds will be returned to Campus and will not be refunded to the student.

Disclaimer

Participation in the Friends and Family Scholarship program is voluntary and does not constitute an inducement to enroll. All scholarship offers are subject to institutional policies, federal and state regulations, and availability of funds.

Note: Employees directly responsible for securing enrollment or financial aid in the institution are not able to refer prospective students for this award.
