A scholar-practitioner at heart, she combines evidence-based coaching with practical leadership solutions across tech, professional services, federal government, and healthcare. She has worked with leaders at every level, from first-time managers to senior executives across organizations including Google, OpenAI, LinkedIn, Salesforce, and Spotify.

Liz has taught at Columbia University and Northeastern University and is currently serving as a course designer for a new master's program in I-O Psychology and Workforce Analytics at Brandeis University. She holds an M.A. in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a B.S. from Babson College, and is pursuing an Ed.D. in the Chief Learning Officer program at the University of Pennsylvania.

Outside of work, Liz is a proud mom, combat veteran spouse, and committed pug rescuer. She is based in Connecticut and firmly believes learning never ends.
