Victor Serna's professional experience includes service as a coach, teacher, dean of students, assistant principal, principal, and mentor principal in elementary and secondary schools. His academic achievements include three master's degrees in secondary education, educational administration, and instructional leadership, and a Ph.D. in Education with an emphasis in Leadership.
Dr. Serna's expertise includes teaching and learning, curriculum development, classroom management, leadership mentoring, strategic planning, research, and culture and climate development.
Dr. Serna once competed with his family on the Spanish-language version of Family Feud, 100 Latinos Dijieron.
